Office of Program Support (OPS)

As part of CDCR's Division of Rehabilitative Programs, the Office of Program Support (OPS) consists of the several units focused on providing support and outreach to all of DRP.

The units within Office of Program Support are:

  • Business Services Unit – provides procurement support by ensuring on-time receipt of services, maintenance support of DRP's equipments and facilities, and training support to DRP's staff and correctional staff statewide.

  • Outreach Unit – delivers innovative messaging solutions through design and technology to promote and support DRP's rehabilitative efforts.

  • Procurement Unit – ensures on-time receipt of best-value commodities and services to support the rehabilitative mission.

  • Fiscal, Invoice, and Personnel Units – provides fiduciary duties (budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, expense control and accounts payable) and personnel-related needs in support of DRP headquarters and field staff.

  • Performance Evaluation, Data and Fidelity Units – provides statistical data and fidelity functions to support the Office of Program Operations, Office of Correctional Education, and Office of Program Support.
