Office of Program Support (OPS)

As part of CDCR's Division of Rehabilitative Programs, the Office of Program Support (OPS) consists of the several units focused on providing support and outreach to all of DRP.

The units within Office of Program Support are:

  • Business Services Unit – this unit ensures on-time receipt of best-value commodities and services to support the rehabilitative mission. This team provides procurement support, and facilities, fleet and communication services to DRP's staff.

  • Outreach Unit – delivers innovative messaging solutions through design and technology to promote and support DRP's rehabilitative efforts.

  • Procurement Unit – ensures on-time receipt of best-value commodities and services to support the rehabilitative mission.

  • Portfolio Section – provides DRP portfolio management, user-based training and technical data related support to internal and external stakeholders, as it relates to the DRP project portfolio.

  • Personnel Unit – provide fiduciary duties (budgeting, forecasting, expense control and accounts payable) and customer service support for DRP's general supplies, equipment, building maintenance, and personnel-related needs..

  • Invoice and Billing Units – provides fiduciary duties (budgeting, forecasting, expense control and accounts payable) and customer service support for DRP's general supplies, equipment, building maintenance, and personnel-related needs.

  • Accounting – is responsible for the reporting of contract budget and expenditures for all of CDCR's rehabilitative programs, which include In-Prison, Office of Correctional Education, and Community-Based programs.

  • Fiscal – provides budgetary and fiscal support throughout the Division of Rehabilitative Programs.
